Celebrating "Shawnza," the birthday of coworker and friend Shawna.
Been waiting for some decent snow this year...kind of still waiting, but at least there's enough to photograph.
Some recent photos...a few photos from inside the Hollywood Theater in Northeast Minneapolis, and some random shots...
I took this photo in homage to Peter Hujar's portrait of Susan Sontag. The idea taken was from a Flickr group created by Alec Soth about re-creating iconic photos.
I'm having a show at the University of Wisconsin-Stout at their "Clean Poorly Lighted Space." Check it out if you're in the area before December 15.
The Walker Shop and mnartists.org present mnartists.marketplace, a new opportunity for Minnesota artists, collectors, and patrons. Opening on Thursday, November 17, mnartists.marketplace is a mini-store within the Walker Shop devoted to the presentation and sales of local art, artistic wares, and art inspired objects. It is co-curated by mnartists.org and the Walker Shop.
My contribution to mnartists.marketplace will be available at the Walker Art Center starting November 17. Bottoms up!!
